Last updated: 24 April 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Contentium platform, website, and services (collectively "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Contentium ("we", "us", or "our"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of service

Contentium is an AI-powered content creation, trend monitoring, and social publishing platform. The Service includes the hosted web application, any associated mobile applications, APIs, and related documentation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where it would violate applicable law.

4. Account registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including content generated using your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at security@contentium.pro.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory.
  • Publish misinformation, impersonate others, or infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network.
  • Use the Service to train AI models that compete with Contentium.
  • Resell or redistribute the hosted Service without a signed enterprise agreement.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using Contentium. By uploading or generating content through the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, store, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you create, and that Contentium's use of your content as described in these Terms does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. AI-generated content

Contentium uses AI models to assist in content generation. AI-generated content reflects the inputs you provide and the parameters you set. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing it.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or free from errors. Use your own judgment and verify factual claims independently before publishing.

8. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for all fees associated with your account.

If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. We may change pricing at any time with 30 days' notice posted on the pricing page. Annual plans are subject to the pricing in effect at the time of purchase.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

9. Open-source licence

Contentium is released under the Contentium Terms of Service. By using Contentium, you agree to comply with these terms.

Contentium is proprietary software. All rights reserved. Usage is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party services

Contentium may integrate with third-party services including social media platforms, AI model providers, and analytics tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any content generated through the Service.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTENTIUM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Contentium and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings or by emailing support@contentium.pro. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. Modifications to these terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
